We had
another good weekend at the pool and many of you are realizing that
hard work does pays off; eventually…you just have to be
patient and stay focused! Moving forward to girl’s
Metro, High School state, CSI state meets and the Austin Grand Prix
in early March. ~ Coach Mike

100 free.
Congratulations Gold Team!
The Gold
coaches would like to encourage all of you to keep working hard
and make that commitment to come to practice regularly. We know that many of you are
working towards making more of your Silver State and Colorado JO
qualifying times so the more practices you make and the more meets
you enter, will make a big difference in reaching those goals. We look forward to more
fantastic swims this weekend at the CMA Pentathlon and the upcoming
CSST MSL meet and the Falfins Valentine Invitational. Way to go CSST Gold. ~Coach Kent
